Dedicated to Your Growth

Hi! I'm Joseph

Owner | Founder

I've always had a passion for solving complex problems and the satisfaction that comes from a job well done. My career began by organizing a large-scale moving company warehouse, which led to opportunities to improve Total Wine warehouses in Saint Louis and Louisville, KY. I later designed and opened the first Total Wine warehouse in Denver, CO, which was a milestone project in my career. From there, I branched out into fleet management and SOP development at Foundation Building Materials. At Booksource, I worked on multi-million dollar projects, including a massive fulfillment order for the NYC public school district that placed books in 75% of their public school classrooms. Eventually, I helped overhaul a local restaurant supply warehouse that hadn't conducted a physical inventory in over a decade.

The pivotal moment for me came when companies started reaching out to me, rather than the other way around. That's when I knew I could tackle problems of any scale. Working with the restaurant supply company solidified that confidence, and I made the decision to start OmniOps LLC to bring my problem-solving skills to businesses that need it most.

My Approach

I'm driven by breaking down complex issues into manageable parts, always working to make my clients lives better through well-executed solutions. Inefficiency frustrates me as much as it does the people I work with, and I take on every client's challenge as if it were my own.

Why I Do What I Do

For me, success is about helping my clients achieve their goals—on time, on budget, and at a quality level that exceeds expectations. I believe that every business challenge is an opportunity to make meaningful improvements, not just in the short term, but for the long haul.

A Little More About me

Outside of my work at OmniOps, I'm a big soccer fan and a proud season ticket holder for Saint Louis CITY SC. I also love spending time with my nieces and nephews, always making sure to gift them the most obnoxious toys possible—loud or messy, you name it!

Mark runs an office supply company that keeps cartons, tape, jan-san products, printers, chairs, and more within arm’s reach. Our long partnership unlocks pricing that beats big-box catalogs without losing a gram of service quality. Live inventory, proactive reps, and flawless follow-through define his team. Michael C

Michael C

IT – ERP Finance & Operations Optimization Specialist

Michael brings over five years of ERP experience, with a focus on NetSuite administration and development tailored to corporate accounting, finance, and operational workflows. His work centers around optimizing financial processes, automating reporting, and aligning ERP systems with business goals across multiple departments.
Before moving into the ERP space, Mike managed large-scale production plants, where he developed a strong foundation in logistics, manufacturing, and day-to-day operational management. He was later tapped as a corporate resource, tasked with traveling to underperforming facilities to analyze data and implement process improvement strategies. Mike’s unique strength lies in bridging the gap between ground-level operations and corporate-level systems—making complex processes more efficient and scalable through smart ERP design and data-driven decision making.

Ron E

Ron E

Packaging and Equipment sourcing Partner

Ron is the relationship I tap when a client’s packaging budget is tight and lead times are tighter. Based in St. Louis, he buys excess or mis-ordered cartons and flips them at prices big distributors rarely match. Need heavier gear? His network can locate pallet scales and stretch-wrap machines just as fast at competitive prices. While he can source brand-new stock, the real win is his revolving surplus inventory, the savings show up on the P and L instantly.

Adi

Full-Stack Web Developer and Digital Integration Expert

An absolute wizard in all thing’s web development. His abilities to take an abstract concept and make it reality and flawlessly work online is quite impressive. His talents extend beyond just website development and have been a great resource in linking together different online services, ad campaigns, and social media. He and Diana work together as if they have been for decades and together can bring a brand to life!

Kevin A

Kevin A

Cybersecurity-Focused IT and Cloud Integration Specialist

Technology consultant (IT) helping small to medium businesses with a wide range of technology struggles. Specializing in all areas of network/server/workstation support and cloud integrations. Reseller of security solutions and networking hardware. I worked with Kevin extremely closely for many months on sourcing, launching, and supporting an entire new warehouse management software that also integrates sales and data reporting.

Diana

Diana

Strategic Brand Identity Designer

Advertising graduate with a decade in professional design, Diana is the creative partner I call when a client’s brand needs to look as sharp as its operations. Her studio, Moonlet, offers tiered packages from a focused logo refresh to a full identity system complete with collateral, guidelines, and everything in between. The common thread is disciplined design that serves clear business goals. I used her comprehensive package for OmniOps and the outcome was precise, cohesive, and immediately actionable. When your project demands visuals that work as hard as the underlying strategy, Diana is the resource I trust.

Evolution

Graduated with a B.S. In Biochemistry

I participated in research on beta-lactamase inhibitors during school, eventually leading a team that published in the American Chemical Society to present at the national meeting on a novel method for attaching sulfide functional groups to target molecules.

Creve Coeur Paving

I acquired a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with doubles/triples and tanker endorsements and was promoted from Heavy Machinery Operator to Foreman of a 20-person asphalt crew. By implementing major efficiency improvements, the team saved the company tens of thousands of dollars, resulting in an unexpectedly large year-end bonus for everyone on the team.

Federal Gateway Moving and Storage

Led a team of over 15 people specializing in the largest and most complex full service moves the company bid on. I quickly took over the warehouse operations and implemented high impact changes that resulted in reduced product damage and decreased labor. I also completed a multiweek CDL safety program at this time.

Total Wine and More

I led the spirits department and statewide single barrel whiskey program leading to an increased revenue of 35% YoY pushing the store above their revenue goal for the year. I quickly expanded my role into warehouse management and helped design, implement, and open new stores in Saint Louis, Kentucky, and Colorado.

Foundation Building Materials

Brought on specifically for a warehouse optimization project for this $12 million/year warehouse resulting in significant labor savings and error rate reduction. Designed and implemented several programs such as new CDL driver training, preventative maintenance schedules, and safety programs. These optimizations supported a 71% growth in sales YoY.

Booksource

Hired on to help the company navigate the challenges of rapid growth. I was a key member of leadership responsible for a $35 million project to the NY City Public School system, created and led a cross departmental project committee to identify and solve the root cause of rising replacement orders, overhauled the shipping department resulting in significantly lower labor and overhead costs, and led a warehouse reorganization project to enable a large increase in B2B customers.

Restaurant Supply Warehouse

This warehouse was in need of a complete overhaul due to a complete organizational collapse and inventory that had not been counted in over a decade. Within a year the large changes that I implemented in storage practices, equipment, personnel, and procedures enabled the company to conduct an inventory.

OmniOps LLC was created

Due to rising demand of my services from local companies I created OmniOps to better serve the City that has given me so much.
